Last week, we conducted a course on Behat and its integration with Drupal at the offices of our client, Madrid Digital.
Behat is an automated testing framework based on BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) that establishes a language understandable to both developers and clients.
During the two-day course, we addressed the following topics:
- Fundamentals of testing approaches for web applications.
- Best practices for creating a test suite.
- Executing Behat tests.
- Writing and adapting Behat tests.
- Familiarity with Behat-related tools and plugins.
Participants included a wide range of roles—developers, QA teams, management teams, department heads, and more—who were able to see, understand, and practice behavior-driven development using Behat within Drupal.
