Client project highlights: key features & improvements
This month, we focused on enhancing performance, security, user experience, and integrations across multiple client Drupal projects.
Performance & infrastructure enhancement
We optimized search performance, reducing load times and improving relevance for large datasets. This was done by improving Solr search indexing and query response times, delivering faster and more accurate search results. Several client sites were upgraded to PHP 8.3 and Drupal 10.4, ensuring better compatibility, security, and performance. To enhance content delivery speed and server efficiency, we optimized caching strategies and reverse proxy configurations.
Security & compliance updates
We applied critical security updates across multiple projects to prevent vulnerabilities and strengthen authentication mechanisms. Security headers were adjusted to align with best practices and mitigate potential attacks. Additionally, we resolved SSL certificate issues to ensure secure website connections, providing users with a safer browsing experience.
User experience & accessibility improvements
This month, we implemented several accessibility enhancements, including keyboard navigability, contrast improvements, and dark mode support, making sites more inclusive and compliant with WCAG standards. We also fixed responsive design issues to ensure a seamless user experience across different devices. On the SEO side, we improved structured data configurations, optimizing how content appears in search results and resolving indexing issues that affected visibility.

We enhanced content moderation workflows, allowing editors to manage approvals more efficiently with improved permissions and review processes. To streamline media handling, we automated image and video processing, ensuring consistent display and reducing manual work for content teams. Additionally, we integrated Google Tag Manager and Analytics, providing better visitor insights and tracking capabilities to help clients measure performance more effectively.
Third-Party integrations & API enhancements
Salesforce data synchronization was improved, ensuring real-time updates between Drupal and CRM systems. In e-commerce projects, we enhanced error handling during the checkout process, making it easier for customers to understand and resolve issues, ultimately leading to a better purchasing experience.
