When discussing the application of AI in Drupal projects, the focus is generally limited to the development process. However, in a real-world project, it is necessary to understand the project's challenges, propose solutions, and agree on the next steps.

In this talk, we walk through the end-to-end process of implementing a feature for a real-world project. We will analyze each phase from the moment the client communicates their requirements, through identifying root causes and agreeing upon a solution, to implementation guided by specifications (spec-driven development). At each stage, we will explain the role AI played, how we utilized it, the value it provided, and the challenges we encountered.

You will gain a practical perspective on where AI adds value throughout a Drupal project, why a solid initial definition determines the quality of the generated code, and what potential issues you might encounter.
